After consulting with you and having chosen the general "look & feel" of your site, we will begin the design process. We will, at your request, install it on a temporary website address known only to you and to us, so that you can follow construction progress. When the site is done to your satisfaction, we will then transfer it to its permanent home.

You are an integral part of this process and your needs and opinions will be taken into account at all times, while striving to stay within your budget. You must provide all content for the website, including but not limited to, text, logos, and non-custom graphics and photos, unless prior arrangements are made with us. The preferred method for you to transmit this information to us is in electronic form, including CD, FTP, or as an e-mail attachment in rich text (.rtf or .txt) format. Word Processing and image scanning services are available at an additional fee.

All projects will be covered by a design agreement (oral or written) that will spell out the details. Any additions, deletions, or changes will be in writing and, if the changes are substantial, the estimate will be recalculated accordingly. A deposit will be made, payable on acceptance of agreement, whether oral or written, and before work begins, to be applied to total final cost of project. (Sorry, no exceptions.)

You will be presented with three different layouts/looks for your website and allowed to chose from one of those three for development. Each site will include the following as a minimum, as needed:

Portal or home page

Your high resolution logo scanned and added to site

Basic graphics - buttons, navigation bars, background, etc.

Feedback/Contact form

Unlimited links (internal or external)

Meta tags

Uploading to permanent host

One month free hosting*

*On our servers from date project is final-approved and uploaded, if you chose to host it with us. This free month will begin on the 1st day of the month following the final approval of the site by you.

 

All content and product descriptions are your responsibility. If you need help entering content, we are happy to provide that service for you at a reasonable additional cost through our sister companies, The Office Lady. Please discuss this with us prior to project completion.

All sites are designed on a per-site fee, with certain services requiring an additional fee when needed. Based on your input, we will give you an estimate that will stay within your budget.

The following are considered additional services, but by no means is this an all-inclusive list. If there is some service you require that you do not see here, please contact us to discuss it further.

Custom graphics & HTML programming - $50/hr.

Picture scanning & editing - $30/hr.

Monthly maintenance - $50/hr. (1 hr. minimum)

Flash page design - $60/hr.

Site Makeovers - $50/hr.
